Программа нравится. Успел купить на распродаже с кодеком G.729, коннект держит хорошо, качество приличное. Функционал богатый. Перевод хромает, правда, но уже отписал разработчикам. Надеюсь, к следующей версии они это дело поправят. Кому не жалко денег на хороший продукт - покупать.

Понравился интерфейс более сдержанный по сравнению с softphone, но честно разницы между ними мало заметны если не считать перевода звонков и конференций, я считаю если уж делать бизнес-версию необходимо полностью изменить интерфейс, может быть дополнить функцией отправки факсов и интеграцию с календарем. Из недостатков: 1. при звонках через 3G выдает ошибку 2. не полностью переведен на русский, часть настоек на чешском 3. невозможно использовать кодек 729 уже купленного 1 раз в softphone (неприятно платить 2-а раза) 4. так-же непонятный писк при записи звонка - явно намекает собеседнику о записи разговора, если возможно - уберите. P.S. Так или иначе лучший на сегодня SIP клиент для iPhone.

Долго искал SIP-клиент для iPhone для корпоративной IP-телефонии (Avaya/Nortel + Cisco). Все работает отлично! Много настроек. Отличное качество звука. Возможность записи разговоров. Лучший SIP-клиент для iPhone на настоящее время.

При приеме звонка через push или когда в бекграунде. Прога загружается с отключенным звуком. Так что принимать звонки можно только когда groundwire активна. Получается , что смысла в push нет. И покупать эту прогу глупо , так как есть не хуже и дешевле без push и без косяков.

Безусловно лучший клиент. Деньги полностью оправдал. Работает со всеми VOIP провайдерами. Отлично принимает звонки. Большой плюс - звонки в штаты и прием оттуда бесплатно - при правильной настройке. Косяков не видно. Запускается может не быстро, но звонок успевает принять. Проверено на 3G/3GS/iPad. Брать не раздумывая.

Провайдер сипнет! Проблем никаких со связью нет! Богатый функционал! Прога достойная! Спасибо!

Оплатил приложение для шифрования ZRPT,а оно не работает.

Все отлично работает! Есть русский язык!!! Не вылетает и не глючит. Настроил с mangosip.ru Очень удобный и понятный интерфейс и огромный набор функций и настроек. Раньше эту программу ставил приятелю, очень понравилась. Сейчас перешел на iOS сам и решил тоже установить. Сначала скачал Bria - повелся на отзывы, в том числе что эта прога просто отдыхает по сравнению с Bria. Работает Bria не плохо, только функционал намного беднее, интерфейс ужасен. Написано что есть запись разговоров, но ее я там не нашел - выкинул 8 баксов за прогу + еще оказались платными модуль сообщений и еще что-то (около 2 баксов каждый) +729 кодек 9 баксов. А Тут все работает что заявлено! За 9 долл. вы покупаете весь функционал, за исключением кодека 729 - 9,9 бакса( в большинстве случаев он вообще не нужен), модуля шифрования данных 24 долл.

Программа перестала работать на соединение с оператором. Дозвониться нет возможности, программа вываливается в ошибку соединения. ПО 6.0 IPhone 4s.

Деньги на ветер, качество связи отстой, есть и плюсы, но они теряются на фоне качества связи, разработчики надо уделить внимание этому. Снес!

Push не запускается iOS 7 , постоянно прерывается связь

Не возможно пользоваться.Вылетает,квакает,заикается,только не звонит.Подправте или подкрутите там что-нибудь,что-бы заработало, хотя бы как раньше.

Софт, на который не жалко денег. Функционал, дизайн, стабильность и совместимость с различными серверами IP-телефонии на очень высоком уровне. Рекомендую к покупке. Протестировал около пары десятков различных программ для VoIP. Большинство - просто помойный софт, не тратьте деньги на "недоделки" от Bria и прочую чушь.

Даже не заходит в программу

Неплохая альтернатива Bria от Counterpath. Имеет ряд более обширных настроек в т.ч. редактирование CLI (Caller ID), при исходящем вызове.

Не разряжает аккумулятор в фоновом режиме, хорошее качество передачи аудиосигнала.

This is an updated review. This softphone is one of the best available bar none. Support for IPv6 only registration of SIP servers makes this the best app for casual use and on the go where most cellular networks are IPv6 only with IPv4 as a service. Push notifications can also be set to register on IPv6-only servers through the push notifications settings. With the recent update enabling Groundwire to be used as the default phone app it has quickly become the only phone app I use. Huge appreciation to the developers for continuing to make this one of the best sip softphone apps available on the App Store.

The icon shows a number of missed calls or voicemails, doesn’t go away after viewing calls or even deleting all messages and voicemails.

Been using this App for years, like more or less since day one. But mostly on an iPad! And after all these years, there‘s still no iPad UI! This software on an (old) iPad makes a great desk phone, particularly in combination with a BT handset or headset. So pretty please, make this a universal app, how hard can it be?🙏🏻

Great product, but since the latest updated the transfer button and attended transfer buttons are no longer available. Is this feature still available?

Hasn’t worked correctly since the day I was forced to adopt this app about 60 days ago. Long hours spent with tech support have only resulted in minor improvements. Drops calls constantly, & cuts off voicemails every time.

Provide an option to choose a different icon

I have been using this for years on android and iOS and it’s by far the best soft phone.

There have been a lot of cosmetic as well as under the hood improvements lately, and I have to say I’m impressed

I’m very frustrated with this APP as of late. Missed or severely delayed texts & calls that don’t even show on my missed calls. I’ll need to find another solution for a VOIP.

9/17/2024 UPDATE: I uninstalled the app on both iPhones and redownloaded the app and configured it all over again. Everything is working as it should now! Original negative review below. I’ve been using this app for almost a year with VOIP.ms. Something must have happened recently, because as soon as I close the app, the device shows “No Registration Found” within my VOIP.ms account. However, if I open the Groundwire app back up and go into settings, click Save, then the app is registered again within my VOIP.ms account. Once I close the app, the app is unregistered again. Basically, it’s not working. I would have to leave the app open 24/7 in order for the app to stay registered so I can take calls. Even if I leave the app running in the background, it still does NOT work. This is happening on 2 iPhones I use. It must have been a recent app update that broke it. PLEASE FIX! I will update my review to 5 stars if the developer can fix this issue.

I use VoIP.ms. I can make a call with the app, but incoming calls don't trigger a notification. Also there is no text message option in the app and texts do not trigger any sort of notification even when the app is in the foreground. Wasred money.

Reports several bugs to support and they have been acknowledged but never fixed…

be aware that if you have any issues with the app, you are on your own, no support!

This has been a great software for years, but today all of a sudden it wiped out all my configuration, saved recording etc. What the heck!

After the update on April 9 all my SIP accounts are gone. Deleting the app does not unregister their PUSH server from your SIP server so now you can’t even use another service. Completely unacceptable.

Today (Apr 9, 2022), the app was upgraded automatically and all my accounts were removed. The app was like newly installed. I couldn’t receive any call from my office and clients right now.

The quality of the phone calls are horrible! If you are working in the customer department this application will make your company look extremely bad and will create a negative impression to your clients.

I have been using Groundwire for quite a while and do like it very much. One issue I have is that when calling my Voicemail (*98) the system hangs up. I also use Bria with same config and don’t have the issue. Just could not find any documentation on the issue or possibility of setting changes.

I’ve been using this with my VoIP.ms account for a few weeks now & so far it’s been a good experience. I do have a feature request: Adding the ability for SMS sending & receiving via API. I see the send & fetch available web services configuration which is awesome, but don’t believe my provider supports that configuration yet. Thanks for the great app.

I purchased this app and tried to insert SIP credentials for the fly number PBXX but it load and says error. I need help

I’m so glad to have finally found a reliable iOS SIP client that delivers everything it promises. I use Groundwire with VoIP.ms; registration is consistently maintained even when the app is closed (thanks to a well-implemented push mechanism that ACTUALLY WORKS!), and I’ve yet to encounter any missed or dropped calls. Buy it, right now. It’s worth every penny.

Groundwire offers more customization than any other mobile soft phone client while delivering and exceptional experience. Works great with our Netsapiens PBX.

Why no love for the iPad? I would be nice if the app would at least rotate. Long time user - waiting a long time for a real iPad app.

It’s a good app, calls are clear and the push feature is excellent but it can be a great app if the few seconds delay of a call connecting can be eliminated, it’s not instant and can be frustrating at times

I was looking for a softphone app to use with my new voip provider, and this was recommended to me. Well what an app it is! There are lots of features including call recording, and what i love is I can have more than one line / provider configured with it! Now I did have some questions / issues and reach out to the developer using there help desk ticket systems and they answer right away and the reply’s were great! Giving me the information I needed to get it sorted! Thanks again guys and keep the great work up! Quality of sound is amazing!

Handles calls well, Dev is responsive to bug reports and requests.

Hi It is very good app but recently (maybe after upgrade to iOS 12 or updating my app) I have 2 big problem 1) sudden disconnect while talking (without any network problem) 2) transfer not working at most time!

The last update completely broke the app. Now if you receive call that not in your phone book, it only show incoming from NOT FOUND, not the phone number! This is dumb.

In the last update all of the phone types of my favorites are now not displayed. You use to see a contact and then at the bottom of the contact image it would show “home” or “mobile”, etc. Now it shows nothing and you have no idea what number you are dialing. PLEASE FIX!

The new interface is horrible you can now only see 6 calls in the history at once compared to 14 before everything is way to spaced out and the font is way too big and now everything is capitalized. They still did not fix the tab bar either why are there lines on the top and bottom of it no other app does this.

I given this 5 stars because it is feature rich and saves me $25 bucks each month off Ring Central. Yes. That’s right. I use alliance phone as my voip provider (GROUND WIRE isn’t a stand-alone) and Alliance hasn’t yet made their own mobile app.. but with GROUNDWIRE (which is a 1 time payment...and can be purchased on android, as well), I have all the features that I pay for! (I also tried and like Bria but it has less customization, I found, and is a per-month subscription. Also, voice is not improved in Bria that I can tell). Transfer calls on the go! ... I MUST be able to transfer! (That’s one feature of many they get right) Thank GROUNDWIRE. Ps. I also like their system vrs Bria ...for how the transfer button is RIGHT in GROUNDWIRE. I ALSO get to have a system that I know works well/quickly for preconfigured transfer numbers to unlimited pre-saved offices. My GROUNDWIRE app does this VERY well, with amazing attention to detail. If I swipe down while on “Favorites” it switches to a typical scrolling contact view, with optional pic/info banner.... I use it for address of our locations and the picture is the location state... Add more favorites by long pressing anywhere! (I just wish there was an easy way to save from here to contacts. (Did I miss it?)...maybe put into contacts first, then add in their awesome favorites panel) If I swipe up again, it goes to these cute little “bubbles”/pic and banner only. I LOVE IT I also like how easy it is to disable an account with just a tap in settings. With all the features in this, I’m not sure why it isn’t a 5 star app ., You shouldknow I bought the additional $10 better voice protocal ...and that set up from my voip provider only took so long because I didn’t understand how. I was new to voip. (Just know that your voip username is PROBABLY a 3 digit extension number, your password will be obtained from signing onto your voip provider homepage/your account... and an email from your provider will have the rest... also check out settings carefully since you will basically be able to figure out the customization on you own or with a quick google search) NOTES on voip providers: consider what you need. I work for a call center. And, currently Unreal MObile doesnt share out voip info so it can’t be used in an awesome app like GROUNDWIRE> but Alliance phones has all the features included for $43

Push notifications are a bit laggy, I often loose calls due to caller hang up. Both the UI and the overall experience while using this app are pretty bad. I also experience a giant lag right after answering calls (probably waiting for the connection to establish). Too expensive for what it delivers.

$9.99 full price. I try almost 1hr to set up my account and no one works for me. Look like has what i need but setting up account its not so friendly.

This is a great app for family or enterprise use. Great voice quality, flexible options, nice integration with iPhone (and iPad), lovely user interface. And: After some plowing through Acrobits’ wiki and scratching my head a little, I found it supports external provisioning. That’s wonderful: you can set up simple .xml provisioning profiles on a web server (or even in Dropbox’s public web folder) and give your users a click-link that, when clicked on their iDevice, will automatically set this application up. I’ve encouraged Acrobits to improve the description of how to do this, but if I figured it out you probably can too. Really great app, and well worth the small amount of money it costs… especially considering the massive savings VoIP brings! UPDATE: after several years I remain delighted with this app. Call quality, ease of use, iPhone-worthy design... first class stuff.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I emailed support about an issue 5 days ago and have gotten 0 response. So disappointed that they market this product as a "Business Caliber" application. That is totally bogus! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Please fix the issue when iphone 6/7 Plus don't connect over cellular. I think it's related more to the app version (new one has issue, while old one works).

Using tcp and push notifications with negligible battery use. Excellent call quality and reliability in conjunction with an asterisk server. Client side QOS settings. More...

This app crashes way too often. Either people can't hear you or vice versa. It hangs up way too much on a daily basis even when tot in wifi or have a signal. It's need an update ASAP.. please try fixing these problems especially having to pay $10 for the app and it doesn't function properly!!!

Callkit works great but the app crashes on the background. This causes lots of missing calls.

Flawless execution and of Apple's brilliant Callkit support. Excellent call handling and features. Requires some easily attainable familiarity with SIP systems. Kudos to development team.

Please allow us to choose iOS ringers or add our own.

Do not download. you won't get your $ back and you can't even figure out how to use the dang thing. I can't believe no one has soemthing easier to use to transfer calls from one cell to the other.That seems pretty basic.

Just lost all of my confidence in this app. Latest update crashes the app then you loose all your settings and data. Looser app!

Works great on wifi. Overseas dialing country codes not possible using +. some countries like UAE (Dubai) block calls. Record feature excellent.

Ive tried all the other SIP VOIP apps and they all had issues. This app has every feature I can think of and is easy to use. Every phone call rings perfectly. This app takes up some background resources since SIP phones need to be constantly connected. Therefore, if you use this app, try to close other apps for efficiency.
